This is for one (1) Single Award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for construction services to provide for various repairs, alterations and renovations to federally owned and leased facilities serviced by the Greater Southwest Region 7 of the General Services Administration (GSA) and located throughout Western Oklahoma. Construction services under this contract may consist of any or all interior and exterior building construction, and repair and alterations including but not limited to: demolition, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications, fire suppression or notification, landscaping incidental to repair or alteration, storm drainage, exterior renovations, earthwork, pavement, or other miscellaneous civil work, and shall be limited to those items listed in RSMeans. A Single award will be made for the following geographic area: Western Oklahoma (Oklahoma City and Lawton) The work will be performed when authorized by properly executed Task Orders (GSA300)s which will be issued from time to time for various quantities and types of work provided for in this contract. This authorized work shall be performed only at Government-owned buildings and/ or Government-leased space where GSA has either repair responsibility or authority. This Contract is for a 12 month Base Year Period and Four (4) One (1) Year Options. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this project is: 236220, size standard $39.5 million. The Maximum Ordering Limitation is $3 ,000,000 per contract per year. The scope of work for the projects executed by Task Orders under the Contract include various construction improvements requiring the contractor to furnish all the necessary supervision, labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, all required employee security clearances, etc., (except as may otherwise be provided for in the specifications).

General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Services (PBS), Greater Southwest Region 7 (R7) intends to solicit proposals for one (1) Single Award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for construction services to provide for various repairs, alterations, and renovations to federally owned and leased facilities serviced by the R7 of the GSA and located throughout Western Oklahoma. Construction services under this contract may consist of any or all interior and exterior building construction, and repair and alterations including but not limited to: demolition, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications, fire suppression or notification, landscaping incidental to repair or alteration, storm drainage, exterior renovations, earthwork, pavement, hazardous material removal, or other miscellaneous civil work, and shall be limited to those items listed in RSMeans. Task orders issued against this contract are anticipated to be within the range of $5,000 to $50,000. However, task orders may be issued up to a maximum value of the Simplified Acquisition Threshold, which is currently $250,000 although it is not anticipated that this dollar amount will be used regularly. The projected basic performance period is from March 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023, with four one-year option periods (March 1, 2022 to February 28, 2027). FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, will be included in the solicitation to add up to six additional months, if necessary.
