Availability: This solicitation is available to contractors who currently hold a contract with GSA Region 6 under the Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), for Construction Services for the states of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. This Solicitation is a set-aside for IDIQ contract holders meeting Small Business standards according to the Small Business Administration. Access to any and all documents related to this solicitation will only be granted to the listed point of contact for eligible contract holders. All other requests for access will be denied. Project Description: The project includes renovation and new construction of over 20,000 square feet of space, carpet and lighting replacement, and delivery and installation of new systems furniture at the Thomas F.
