The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, equipment, and supervision to accomplish the following work for the General Services Administration (GSA), at the Roman Hruska U.S. Courthouse, 111 South 18th Plaza, Omaha, NE 68102. All work shall be performed in accordance with following specifications. Contractors shall visit the site and perform a thorough site inspection. The contractor shall inspect the site to become familiar with the existing conditions relating to the work to be performed and the difficulties and restrictions to the work to be performed. The base bid includes all cleaning, preventative maintenance and testing services in accordance with attached scope of work. Housekeeping shall be performed six months after the completion of comprehensive cleaning. Amendment 0001 provides GSA responses to Bidder's Request for Infomation and Extends the Bidder's Due Date from 8/5/2025 until 8/13/2024. See Attachemnt
