Original Solicitation Information Below: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, equipment, and supervision to perform diamond pad honing and polishing and repair to terrazzo flooring for the Plaza level terrazzo flooring located at the Charles A Whittaker Federal Courthouse at 400 E. 9th street St. Kansas City MO 64106. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, equipment, and supervision to perform diamond pad honing and polishing and repair to terrazzo flooring for Ground floor Health unit and 17 (Seventeen) Elevator car floor reconditing. Located at the Richard Bolling Federal Building located at 601 E. 12th St. Kansas City Mo 64106. This solicitation is for two projects which will be consolidated into one contract award. Please provide a line item breakout of each project’s pricing within your proposal per the two (2) Statements of Work documents. The SOW dated 11/28/2022 for the Richard Bolling Federal Building includes two (2) CLINS, please provide an itemized price for each CLINS.
