The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials and equipment to clean the West facade of the Sioux City Federal Courthouse in accordance with contract specifications. A complete scope of work is attached. Please submit a detailed price breakout with a signed quote that should include, but not limited to, if applicable, the estimated labor hours and wage rate, material cost, equipment cost, subcontractor fee and overhead and profit rate. All work is to be performed at the Sioux City Federal Building, 320 6th Street, Sioux City, Iowa 51101-1000. The current wage determinations are attached. Offers to be valid for 60 days.
