CLIN 0001:The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, equipment, and supervision to clean all limestone on the north facade of the Courthouse in accordance with contract specifications. Please submit a detailed price breakout with your quote that should include, but not limited to, if applicable, separate labor and material costs, subcontractor markup and overhead and profit rates. CLIN 0002 (Optional): The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials and equipment to clean all rooftop penthouse limestone. The building has no scaffolding nor rooftop safety restraint systems. The Contractor shall include all necessary equipment costs associated with delivering the optional work. 2. Penthouse-related work can be performed any day of the week as long as the work does not affect any part of the north sidewalk or north building entrances. The Contractor should note that, regardless of when work is performed, parking and staging areas will only be available on weekend days This CLIN should be priced separately from CLIN 0001 and will be awarded subject to the availability of funding. Contractors must supply separate prices price for both CLINS (CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002). If funding is available, award will be made to the contractor who provides the lowest price for both CLINs combined otherwise award will be made for CLIN 0001 only.
