Please submit a fully completed SF1442, detailed price breakout with a signed proposal that should include, but not be limited to, if applicable, the estimated labor hours and wage rate, material cost, equipment cost, subcontractor fee, and overhead and profit rate. All work is to be performed at the Davenport Courthouse, 131 East 4th St., Davenport, IA 52801-1104. The current wage determination rates are attached. Offers to be valid for 60 days.
