CLIN 0003: Quote a price to remove ballistic rubber wall panels and install Dura Panel orsimilar ballistic rubber material. Range wall is approximately 100’ long by 8’ high. New material will be contractor furnished. CLIN 0004: Quote a price to rearrange and replace government supplied Dura Blocs as required by manufacturer. Price shall include all costs for the installation and disposal. New material will be government furnished. CLIN 0005: Quote a price to provide and install one set of pre-filters. Price shall include removal and disposal of used pre-filters as hazardous waste. One set of pre-filters includes (12) each HE40 Purolator pre-filters - 24" x 24" x 2" Merv 8. New material will be contractor furnished. CLIN 0006: Quote a price to provide and install one set of HEPA filters. Price shall include removal and disposal of used HEPA filters as hazardous waste. One set of HEPA filters includes (12) each – 24” x 24” x 12”. HEPA filters shall have a minimum MERV17 rating (99.97% capture efficiency at 0.3 µ IEST type A). New material will be government furnished.
