This solicitation is for a Parking Lot and Repaving Project to include installation of new EV charging stations to meet P100 requirements at the Charles F. Prevedel Federal Building, 9700 Page Ave, Olivette, MO 63132. All work on this project shall be in compliance with requirements described in the 2022 Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). This is set aside for the Zone C EVSE IDIQ contractors for Design-Build (DB) and Construction Services and only those contractholders will be granted permission to access the attached documentation.
