This solicitation will only be available to contractors who currently hold a contract on the Region 6 Multiple-Award, Design Build Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Contract for Construction Services. Only the official Point of Contact for contract holders as described above will be granted access to the solicitation documents. If you are a subcontractor, please contact the prime you are working for copies of these documents. The approval process is manually done and takes between 24-48 hours from the time the request was received. The scope of this project includes relocation of plumbing, mechanical and fire protection services that conflict with dedicated equipment space at existing switchgear, panelboards, and motor control centers. This project is to bring existing sprinkler and plumbing system into compliance with NEC and all work shall be performed to meet the dedicated clear space requirements above the electrical equipment.
