This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside only available to contractors who currently hold a contract with GSA Region 6 under the 2020 Design Build Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). Access to any and all documents related to this solicitation will only be granted to the listed point of contact for the contract holders on the Region 6 Design Build IDIQ. All other requests for access will be denied. Project # RMO22896 will address Basement and Sub-Basement foundation repairs. In the sub-basement, repair the wall, joist, beam, and overhead slab and floor. Include joint sealants and apply traffic coating. Temporary shoring is necessary. In the basement, repair ramp beam, column, edge beam, and slab. Include joint sealants and apply traffic coating. Clean and add corrosion inhibitor to corroded steel and replace any severely corroded steel where needed.
