This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside only available to contractors who currently hold a contract with GSA Region 6 under the 2020 Design Build Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). Access to any and all documents related to this solicitation will only be granted to the listed point of contact for the contract holders on the Region 6 Design Build IDIQ. Create NFPA compliant continuous corridor to existing south Mail Room Dock exit door for Daycare emergency egress and Southeast Office Suite egress. The scope is as follows: remove (2) roll down doors and associated hardware, build a smoke partition between dock and egress corridor, install new non-rated double doors, replace non-compliant ramp handrails and curb ramp, revise exterior ramp and adjacent walking surfaces, provide additional FLS equipment, new ramp light fixtures, new line of FLS sprinklers, and paint finish
