This solicitation is available to contractors who currently hold a contract with GSA Region 6 under the 2020 Design Build Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). It isn't set aside for any socio-economic catergory. Access to any and all documents related to this solicitation will only be granted to the listed point of contact for the contract holders on the Region 6 Design Build IDIQ. All other requests for access will be denied. Project # RNE13055 will provide for skylight maintenance and fall protection at the Roman Hruska Federal Courthouse in Omaha Nebraska. This project will encompass maintenance and waterproofing of 4 large and 4 small skylights directly above the first-floor atrium. The project will also abate several fall hazards located within the direct project area of the skylights.
