Project RIA34582 / RIA34583 includes replacement of the existing modified bitumen roofs, installation of a new lightning protection system and associated hazardous material abatement. The roof replacement scope includes complete removal of the existing modified bit built-up system and insulation at the main, upper corner turrets, and lower perimeter roofs. A new EPDM style roof with insulation is assumed at all these locations. This project is anticipated to be executed with the Cooling Tower replacement project RIA34584 so they can be coordinated together through the same contractor.
