This procurement is for Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB) IDIQ holders in STL for Region 6. A 100% design has been completed for the new electrical utility services for the APC from nearby utility substations, and removal of existing utility feeds and conduits back to the FRC substation switchgear. The new utility services shall be fed from separate utility circuits to maintain existing electrical system redundancy. The construction shall include the modification or replacement of the existing APC electrical service entrance equipment to accept the new utility services. All work must comply with all applicable codes and standards, as well as P100 - Facilities Standards for the Public Buildings Service. Performance under this requirement must have the proper phasing to minimize disruption to the facility and tenant operations.
