This solicitation is available to contractors who currently hold a contract with GSA Region 6 under the Small Business Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract... This solicitation is available to contractors who currently hold a contract with GSA Region 6 under the Small Business Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), for Construction Services (Geographic Area – Iowa). Solicitation is set aside for Total Small Businesses associated with the geographic area. Access to any and all documents related to this solicitation will only be granted to the listed point of contact for the contract holders (Small Business – Iowa) on the Region 6 Small Business IDIQ. All other requests for access will be denied. Project # RIA34574 will provide for the replacement of the existing boilers in the courthouse building, and replace with new equipment. The contractor shall balance and test the new boilers and equipment before it is turned over to the building managers. The Contractor will provide all professional, technical, administrative, and clerical personnel as needed to perform all the required services including, but not limited to, those described in the solicitation.
