NOTICE: This solicitation will only be available to contractors who currently hold a contract with GSA Region 6, under the (R6) Multiple-Award, Design Build Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Contract for Construction Services, for the states of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska (GSA, PBS Region 6) Contract. Requests for access to the solicitation documents will only be granted to the point of contact on record for the aforementioned IDIQ contract. All other requests for access will be denied. Renovate existing office space for the US Marshals on the 2nd Floor of the Eagleton Courthouse. Work shall include architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection work. The work item will renovate approximately 8,702 USF of existing USMS administrative offices on the second floor of the Eagleton Courthouse. The objective of this project is to provide new administrative offices for the US Marshals Service that meets their updated requirements. The USMS offices have not been renovated since the initial construction of the courthouse.
