NOTICE: This solicitation will only be available to contractors who currently hold a contract with GSA Region 6, under the (R6) Multiple-Award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Contract for Construction Services, for the states of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska (GSA, PBS Region 6) Contract. Requests for access to the solicitation documents will only be granted to the point of contact on record for the aforementioned IDIQ contract. All other requests for access will be denied. This project scope is for an office renovation to ATF (Alcohol Tobacco Firearms & Explosives) St. Louis Strike Force of approximately 5400 square foot on the 7th floor at RAY Federal Building, St. Louis, MO. This Phase 2 work includes demolition, new walls, paint, carpet, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security, access controls, telecommunications, acoustics, and audio/visual. Finished project will include a professional work area built to ATF special construction requirements per attached floor plan and detailed scope of work.
