The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide custodial and other related services as described in the attached scope of work at the Roman L. Hruska Federal Courthouse, 111 S. 18th Plaza, Omaha, NE 68102. This is for a 1-year base period, with a period of performance from April 1, 2021 - March 31, 2022. This solicitation and it's resulting contract also contains an Options clause with four (4) potential option periods. Base: 4/1/2021 - 3/31/2022 Option I: 4/1/2022 - 3/31/2023 Option II: 4/1/2023 - 3/31/2024 Option III: 4/1/2024 - 3/31/2025 Option IV: 4/1/2024 - 3/31/2026 This solicitation and resulting contract are 100% set-aside for Woman Owned Small Businesses under NAICS 561720. This is a performance-based solicitation. These performance-based specifications express the Government’s requirement in the form of the minimum quality standard to be met. Offerors must determine the optional work schedule, frequency, resource allocations and performance methods. Carefully review the complete solicitation so that you are aware of all the terms and conditions. The terms janitorial and custodial are interchangeable within this contract. The Government may add other building(s), equipment, or work to this contract. All changes will be negotiated. **10/1/2020 - Amendment 1 issued which modifies Sections C.5.3, H.7, and M.2.
