This is official notification that the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, Acquisition Management Division, Services Acquisition Branch intends to solicit and award a contract for lawn and grounds maintenance services at the Federal Center, 4300 Goodfellow Boulevard/4601 Planned Industrial Drive, St. Louis, MO 63120; Charles F Prevedel Federal Building, 9700 Page Avenue, Overland, MO 63132; and Sammy L Davis Federal Building, 1655 Woodson Road, Overland, MO 63114. The contractor shall provide all administration, management, supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to provide lawn and grounds maintenance services as described in the solicitation at the locations listed above. The solicitation number is 47PG0120R0008. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available on the Government-wide point of entry, betaSAM, on or about 10/15/2020. The solicitation will be a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 561730 and the size standard is $7.5 million. The FSC code is S208. Proposals will be due approximately thirty (30) days after the solicitation is issued unless the date for receipt of proposal is extended by the Government. Contract award will be for a one-year base period with four one-year option periods with an anticipated start date of March 1, 2021 DO NOT SUBMIT QUESTIONS UNTIL THE RFP IS ISSUED.
