This is the official notification that the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Services, Acquisition Management Division, Services Acquisition Branch intends to solicit and award a contract for Operations and Mechanical Maintenance Services at the Robert J. Dole U.S. Courthouse, 500 State Ave and Social Security Administration Federal Building, 850 Nebraska, in Kansas City, Kansas. The contractor shall provide all administration, management, supervisor, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment; and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, inspect and ensure effective and economical completion of all work and services specified for the operation, maintenance and repair of the building(s), equipment and related services specified in the solicitation for the listed locations and all equipment, electrical and mechanical systems, structures, architectural finishes, and utilities, located on, within, or beneath, this facility’s interior and exterior extending to the legal property line. The solicitation number is 47PG0120R0006. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on the Government-wide point of entry, betaSAM, on or about June 25, 2020. This solicitation will be set-aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms. The NAICS code is 561210, and the size standard is $38.5 million. The FSC code is J041. The solicitation will include details on site visit dates and times. Proposal will be due approximately thirty (30) days after the solicitation is issued.
