This is an official notification that the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Services, Services Acquisition Branch intend to solicit and award a contract for Janitorial and Related Services at the Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 320 6th Street, Sioux City, Iowa 51102. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide janitorial and related services in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation at the Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse 320 6th Street, Sioux City, Iowa 51102. The solicitation number is 47PG0120R0003. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on Contract Opportunities, beta.sam.gov, on or about 02/25/2020. This solicitation will be set-aside exclusively for the Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program and the size standard is $19.5 million. Proposals will be due thirty (30) days after the solicitation is issued unless the date for receipt of proposals is extended by the Government. Contract award will be for a base year and four (4) one (1) year options with an anticipated start date of October 1, 2020.
