This is the official notification that the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, Acquisition Management Division, Services Acquisition Branch intends to solicit and award a contract for janitorial and related services in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation at the Robert A. Young Federal Building, 1222 Spruce Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63103. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to provide custodial and related services and ensure effective and economical completion of all work. Services will include some exterior services for the property such as snow and ice removal and grounds maintenance. The solicitation number is 47PG0119R0001. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on the government-wide point of entry, FedBizOpps, at www.fbo.gov, on or about March 11, 2019. This solicitation will be set-aside exclusively for Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) firms. The NAICS code is 561720, and the size standard is $18 million. The FSC code is S201.
