The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire construction services for the Kinneary Basement Slab Void Fill and Wall Replacement project at the Joseph P. Kinneary U.S. Courthouse, 85 Marconi Blvd, Columbus, OH 43215. A preproposal meeting and site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, July 24, 10:00AM Eastern Time. You will find all of the information needed to register for this meeting and submit your bid in the two documents attached to this solicitation notice. This solicitation is a total Small Businesses. This is not a solicitation. The “Basement Slab Void Fill and Wall Replacement” construction project is to be performed at the Joseph P. Kinneary U.S. Courthouse at 85 Marconi Blvd, Columbus, OH 43215.... This is not a solicitation. The “Basement Slab Void Fill and Wall Replacement” construction project is to be performed at the Joseph P. Kinneary U.S. Courthouse at 85 Marconi Blvd, Columbus, OH 43215. This project includes, but is not limited to the following work: selective demolition of existing masonry partitions and plumbing in a single restroom selective demolition of existing CMU partitions new CMU partitions subgrade grout-injected soil stabilization and slab-on-grade stabilization historic masonry wall repairs new gypsum board partitions. The estimated price range for all work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This procurement is being set aside for all Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) with a small business size standard of $45 million. This is a negotiated procurement; therefore, a public bid opening will not be held. The solicitation will be available on or about July 18, 2024. A pre-bid walkthrough will be held on July 24, 2024 from 10AM to 12PM local time (Eastern Time Zone). Please consult the solicitation for final details regarding this walkthrough. SAM.gov is a secure website designed to safeguard Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) acquisition information.
