Related Notice: Sources Sought EQ5P2SSSF1-23-0183 Project Title: Real Estate Division (RED) Administrative Support Services The General Services Administration is planning on posting a solicitation for Administrative Support Services for the Great Lakes – Region 5 RED located in the John C. Kluczynski Federal Building at 230 South Dearborn Street in Chicago, IL. This procurement will be for one Administrative Assistant and one Secretarial III to provide administrative support to RED. Contract employees must possess and is proficient in computer skills, specifically Microsoft Windows/Office programs, and has the ability to become proficient in various GSA computer programs and be capable of performing the majority of work in a computerized office environment. The contract will be for a one-year base with four (4) one-year options and a six-month option to extend services. Options may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. The period of performance will commence on December 1, 2024, through May 31, 2030. The procurement is set-aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small business concern only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 561110 with a size standard of $12.5 million. This is a negotiated procurement. Best value method will be used to determine the awardee. Evaluation factors will consist of past performance and Total Evaluated Price. The solicitation will be available on or about July 2, 2024. The due date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available for download through the System for Award Management (SAM) website (www.sam.gov). Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring SAM for amendments and/or additional information. All interested offerors must register with SAM in order to view sensitive but unclassified information. All government contractors/offeror must be registered and be acitve in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to receiving an award.
