Firms must also conform to the SBA size standards present in NAICS 561720. This is being set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Summary Objectives and Statement of Work This procurement will be for Custodial and Related Services identified in the Statement of Work. The work will roughly consist of cleaning a 4,900 SF area and providing floor maintenance, carpet and rug cleaning, restrooms, and dispensers emptying. This will be a performance-based contract; the requirements will be stated in terms of desired results with associated quality standards.
