The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire construction services for the Rotunda Roof Replacement project at the Carl B. Stokes U.S. Courthouse at 801 W Superior Ave, Cleveland, Ohio 44113. A pre-proposal meeting and site visit is scheduled for April 2, 2024 at 10:00 AM EST. You will find all of the information needed to register for this meeting and submit your bid in the documents attached to this solicitation notice. This solicitation is a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set aside. Full project details can be found inside the attached drawings and project specifications. A rotunda roof replacement construction project is to be performed at the Carl B. Stokes U.S. Courthouse at 801 W Superior Ave, Cleveland, Ohio 44113. This project includes, but is not limited to the following work: Replacement of existing roof system and sealant in stone panel joints above and adjacent to the main Rotunda entrance and patching and refinishing of the Rotunda ceiling The estimated price range for all work is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is being set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 238160 (Roofing Contractors) with a small business size standard of $19 million. This is a negotiated procurement; therefore, a public bid opening will not be held. The solicitation will be available on March 29, 2024.
