Lafayette Boulevard, Detroit, MI 48226 Location 3: U.S. Customs Cargo Inspection Facility (24/7 Operations) 2810 W. Fort Street, Detroit, MI 48216 (Includes Customs Cargo Inspection Building, Vehicle and Cargo Inspection System (VACIS), Broker’s Building, USDA Canopy and Gantry Building) Location 4: Rosa Parks Federal Building & Garage 333 Mt. Elliott, Detroit, MI 48207 The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks a contractor to provide the management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary to provide custodial and related services including but not limited to interior and exterior, snow removal, landscaping and grounds maintenance, integrated pest management, trash removal, recycling and window washing. This procurement is an 8(a) set-aside. The NAICS for this procurement is 561720, Janitorial Services, and the small business size standard is $22M. The performance period for this requirement is a one-year base period with four one-year options. The estimated start date is May 1, 2024. This is a negotiated best value procurement. Proposals will be evaluated on price and non-price factors. Proposals are due by 6:00pm EST on December 18, 2023. Offerors are responsible for downloading and reviewing all attachments and for monitoring SAM.gov for amendments and/or additional information. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), located at www.sam.gov, in order to be considered for award. Janitorial services are currently being performed by AmeriClean Janitorial Services Corp and the current monthly price is $312,154.11 for all locations. Because these specifications are performance based, it is the responsibility of the offeror to review the entire solicitation and base their proposal on the solicitation.
