The Contractor shall provide all management, administrative, supervision, labor, transportation, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools, equipment (except as otherwise provided) and subcontracts necessary, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective completion of all work and services and performance of trash and single-stream recycling related services described herein. Material to be removed includes (but is not limited to) wastepaper, packing cartons, unusable wood pallets, garbage, glass, old carpeting and other items of unsalable trash which will be contained within containers. The contractor shall be responsible for loading containers onto collection vehicles.
