THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH RESPONDENTS AS A RESULT OF THIS NOTICE. The General Services Administration is looking for qualified firms to perform Janitorial Services at the Federal Archive and Record Center (FARC) in Chicago, Illinois. This notice is for respondents belonging to the the following Small Business Administration’s(SBA) Socio-Economic Categories: 8(a) HUBZone Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) including Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB) Responses from other categories are not being considered at this time. Firms responding to this notice should be well experienced in providing services listed under NAICS 561720 - Janitorial Services. Firms must also conform to the size standards present in NAICS 561720. Respondents should also note that the current contract is listed under the SBA 8(a) program. Summary Objectives and Statement of Work This procurement will be for standard custodial and related services as well as Above Standard Services identified in the Statement of Work (not included in this Sources Sought). This will be a performance-based contract; the requirements will be stated in terms of desired results with associated quality standards.
