This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written Solicitation/Request for Quote is issued herein. The US General Services Administration has a need for an land appraisal 2 2nd Avenue, International Falls, MN 56649. This procurement will be a small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 531320. The project scope will consist of all management supervision, supplies, & equipment to perform the Appraisal at the aforementioned location and in accordance with the project specifications. This is a negotiated, firm fixed price procurement; there will NOT be a public bid opening. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Full details of this requirement and the evaluation factors will be provided in the solicitation package. The solicitation cited above can only be obtained by accessing a secure website known as SAM.gov. SAM.gov is a secure website designed to safeguard sensitive but unclassified (SBU) acquisition information. SAM.gov is fully integrated with other electronic Government initiatives, including the System for Award Management (SAM) database, and is available for use by all Federal agencies. Registration in both SAM and the SAM.gov website is required in order to download solicitation documents and is used to validate vendor identity. Contractors not registered in these systems will be ineligible to download the solicitation and ineligible for an award.
