(Please see Attachments 1 and 2 for sample templates.) The contractor shall provide all necessary qualified personnel, transportation, supplies, equipment, materials, and services to conduct the Fire Protection Facility Assessment Reports and the Risk Management Surveys, along with the S&H RMS, in accordance with this scope of work. This includes a visual inspection inside and outside (including the roof) of the locations 1-53.
