The performance period is 357 calendar days for the Federal Building and 140 calendar days for the Federal Garage upon receipt to Notice to Proceed. Contractor will have to show significant experience in Fire Alarm related projects in a large office building and parking garage. The anticipated award is on or about September 2022. The estimated construction cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5 million.
