This project includes the phased removal and replacement of ventilation systems on the first floor, second floor and third floor of the Heaney Federal Building & US Courthouse located in Duluth, Minnesota. The scope includes, but not limited to, necessary abatement and mitigation of hazardous materials, replacement of air handlers, heating/chilled water piping, general construction modifications to support work, extended fire protection systems, electrical, lighting, upgrades to support the work, and ceiling replacement.
