Murphy U.S. Courthouse in Minneapolis, MN. This is a commercial item procurement that is unrestricted--all qualified vendors may submit an offer. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is 47PF0022R0054, and the Solicitation is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (iii) Please see the attached Solicitation document for incorporated clauses and provisions (iv) This procurement is unrestricted and open to all qualified vendors. The NAICS code for this requirement is 722310. (v) Services shall be provided for a 5-year period of performance, with two 5-year subsequent option periods. This is a zero-dollar action, where vendors pay a percentage of net sales to GSA in lieu of rent. Please refer to the attached Standard Form 1449 for the specific line items pertaining to these standard services. (vi) Vendors should refer to the attached Request for Proposals 47PF0022R0054 for a detailed explanation of contract requirements and evaluation criteria. (vii) Services are anticipated to start on or around 10/01/2022 at the Diana E. Murphy U.S. Courthouse in Minneapolis, MN. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The vendor will be selected based on technical factors, as described in the attached Solicitation. (x) Offerors should include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with their offer. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
