The contractor will independently complete the OSH and/or RMS using the provided Excel survey template(s) for all related systems. (See Attachments 1 and 2.) Inspections will take place at the listed Federally Owned and Leased building locations shown in the Place of Performance section. Updated on August 4, 2022 to include a second revision of Attachment 3 - FLS Contractor Quote Sheet that corrects erros discovered in the prior two versions.
