The performance period for elevator maintenance services will commence on July 1, 2022 for a base one- year period, June 30, 2023. The start date will ensure uninterrupted service to the facility for this requirement. There are four one-year options that may be exercised. The option periods will cover performance The option periods will cover performance from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, July 1, 2024 through June 30,2025, July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 and July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 respectively. This procurement is open to all business concerns. Woman owned, Veteran owned, Service Disabled Veteran owned, HUBZone and Small Disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to submit an offer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238290 with a size standard of $16.5 million. This is a negotiated procurement. Best Value method will be used to determine awardee. The General Services Administration (GSA) is currently looking for an elevator contractor to perform services at the following location: Location 1: Kinneary US Courthouse - 85 Marconi Blvd., Columbus OH 43215 Location 2: Bricker Federal Building - 200 N. High Street, Columbus, OH 43215 Location 3: Bricker Parking Garage - 200 N. High Street, Columbus, OH 43215 Location 4: Rice Federal Building & US Courthouse - 200 W. Second Street, Dayton, OH 45402 The contract will have a period of performance of one year base period and four 1-year options. The contractor will need to perform onsite preventive maintenance; service repairs; inspection reports; entrapments, etc. This work cannot be performed in house; therefore, GSA must procure these services. This contract will ensure the safety of the building elevator operations and maintain the buildings assets. The prospective contractor must fully demonstrate the ability to perform/manage the elevator maintenance services at a commercial or government facility that complies with Elevator Services; Federal, State and local regulations and laws and within the time frames required. This will be a performance-based contract. The successful offeror will adhere to the Quality Control Plan and be fully aware of the Government's Quality Assurance Plan. The successful offeror must conform to performance standards and capabilities as identified in the contract. After award is made, the contractor's performance will be monitored both on-site and through periodic performance evaluations using Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) database as required.
