THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE TO WOMAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS ONLY The General Services Administration (GSA) has a need to hire a contractor to complete replacement of the aluminum store front system at the south entrance and the aluminum doors and door frame components at the east and west entrances. The north entrance will be equipped with a delay egress emergency exit device connected to the building security with an added manual pull station added near the exit. Work will also include, but not be limited to: the installation of new door hardware, reconnection of existing security and fire alarm devices, and ballistic glazing specific to the south entrance at the main entrance to 650 Federal Building in East St. Louis, Illinois. The performance period is 125 calendar days upon receipt to Notice to Proceed.
