This project shall consist of providing all management, supervision, labor, materials,supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment to perform janitorial and related services at The Transportation Security Administration Office (TSA) located in the Dane CountyRegional Airport in Madison, WI. The required janitorial and related services include but are not limited to the following: interior and exterior cleaning, window washing, trash removal, recycling, grounds maintenance, and snow and ice removal. The contractor shall plan, schedule, coordinated and ensure effective and economical completion of all work and services specified in the contract and will be responsible for performing scheduledand unscheduled maintenance and maintenance repairs, as necessary, on a 24-hour a day,365 days per year basis including emergency call-back service. The contract is being solicited with a one (1) year base period from August 1, 2021 – July 31, 2022. with four (4), one (1)-year option periods. The option periods are as follows: Option 1 period of performance is August 1, 2022 – July 31, 2023. Option 2 period of performance is August 1, 2023 – July 31, 2024, Option 3 period of performance is August 1, 2024 – July 31, 2025. Option 4 period of performance is August 1, 2025 – July 31, 2026Date and time. This is a firm fixed price solicitation and will be issued unrestricted and contain the Site Visit Date and time. All socio-economic small businesses are encouraged to submit and offer. Performance based contracting does not apply to the procurement.
