The General Services Administration (GSA) requires the servicesof a contractor to remove an Underground Storage Tank (UST) and all associated repair work at the U.S. Federal Building, 536 South Canal Street, Chicago, IL 60605 The work is to include: - Removal of one UST. - Repair of foundation wall repairs in the sub-basement related to the UST. - Removal of all unidentified equipment and debris. - The contractor is to provide all the management, supervision,manpower, equipment and supplies necessary for this project. There is no technical or contractual history for this project due tothe nature of this procurement. A pre-proposal/site visit will be conducted on 04/13/2021 at 10:00 AM, CT. Questions must be received no later than 4:00 PM CTon 04/22/2021.
