THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE TO WOMAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS ONLY The General Services Administration (GSA), Great Lakes Region (Region 5), is seeking proposals for Skywalk Repairs. The purpose of this project involves repairs to the Skywalk Bridge, ramp, and stairs at the main entrance to the 650 Federal Building East St. Louis, IL. This work will include structural repairs to damaged concrete, removal and replacement of associated railings, repainting of the skywalk surfaces, flagpole removal and replacement, and masonry restoration work. The existing jersey barriers adjacent to the pedestrian entrance will be removed and the concrete sidewalk will be reworked. The performance period is 175 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. The anticipated award is on or about September 2020.
