THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE TO SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS ONLY The General Services Administration (GSA), Great Lakes Region (Region 5), is seeking interest for Masonry Parapet Repair and Spot Repointing Services. The purpose of this project is to restore the exterior finishes at the Peoria Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse. This work will include, but not limited to, masonry/stone repair/repoint and sealant work at the roof and parapets; granite repointing/sealant work at base of building and perimeter grass edging; replace expansion joints; level granite paver at building entrances. This is a historic building which is on National Register of Historic Places. The work on this project shall include historic building techniques for repairs and restorative work. The performance period is 176 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. The anticipated award is on or about April 15, 2020.
