The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio has a verified need for a contractor to perform renovations and an audio visual upgrade at the Walter H. Rice Federal Building and US Courthouse, 200 W. 2nd Street, Dayton, OH. The project involves the partial interior renovation of an existing historic courtroom. Work includes, but is not limited to the selective demolition of existing millwork, replacement of millwork, modification of judge's bench, replacement of carpet, and general A/V upgrades. The contractor is to provied all the management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary for this project. The contract completion time for this project is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. The estimated cost range for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This is a negotiated, best value procurement. The proposed contract is being solicited as a Small Business Set Aside. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 2362200 with an average gross revenue of $ 39.5 million for the last three (3) years.
