Lambros Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse in Youngstown, Ohio. The estimated price range for all work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This procurement is being set-aside as a Woman-owned Small Business acquisition. The NAICS code is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) with a small business size standard of $39.5 million. This is a negotiated procurement, therefore, a public bid opening will not be held. The solicitation will be available on or about February 27, 2020. The solicitation cited above can only be obtained by accessing a secure website known as Beta.sam. Beta.sam is a secure website designed to safeguard Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) acquisition information.
