This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written Solicitation/Request for Quote is issued herein. The service will ensure the continued risk management of the building occupants and other building assets. This procurement will be a small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 541620. The project scope will consist of all management supervision, supplies, & equipment to perform the Risk Management Surveys at the aforementioned locations and in accordance with the project specifications. This is a negotiated, firm fixed price procurement; there will NOT be a public bid opening. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Full details of this requirement and the evaluation factors will be provided in the solicitation package. The solicitation cited above can only be obtained by accessing a secure website known as beta.SAM.gov. Beta.SAM.gov is a secure website designed to safeguard sensitive but unclassified (SBU) acquisition information. beta.SAM.gov is fully integrated with other electronic Government initiatives, including the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) database, and is available for use by all Federal agencies. Registration in both SAM and beta.SAM.gov websites is required in order to download solicitation documents and is used to validate vendor identity. Contractors not registered in these systems will be ineligible to download the solicitation and ineligible for an award. Any questions regarding this notification should be directed to the Contracting Officer whose name appears herein. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and monitoring the website for amendment(s), if any to the solicitation. Offer due date and time for receipt of proposals will be listed in the solicitation. Electronic Proposals are the only method of delivery via email to brenda.cooley@gsa.gov. No additional copies are needed if sent electronically; the scanned version of the original signature copy will be acceptable.
