Amendment 0006 - This amendment hereby removes the following requirement from the solicitation attachment titled "RFP 47PF0019R0002 Construction Solicitations - Full and Open CMc Solicitation", found in section II.E. Other Information to Submit with Proposal: (3) The Offeror must submit certification from a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) that the Offeror's accounting system provides for the following: ? The accounting system is in accordance with GAAP. ? There is proper segregation of direct costs and indirect costs. ? There is proper identification and accumulation of direct costs by contract. ? There is a labor time distribution system that charges direct and indirect labor appropriately. The GAAP Certification must be provided from the accountant directly to the Government within 10 days of submission of a proposal. Proposals remain due Monday, Febraury 4, 2019, no later than 4:00pm Central Time. Propoals are to be submitted to Anna Vanko's attention, at 230 S. Darborn Street, Suite 3500, Chicago, IL 60604.
