The Government intends to award a stand-alone contract to furnish and provide all the necessary labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supplies to install Room IDs, Restroom IDs, Stair IDs, and Lobby Directional signs as described herein. Building common area signage will be removed, supplied and installed according to the following scope of work. Contractor shall repair all areas damaged by the above work, and patch and paint any areas where the removal of signage necessitates it. All work will be performed during normal business hours 7:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. Work under this contract is expected to commence no later than 30 days after contract award date. The building signage must meet the requirements contained in the attached RFP. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement, including the attachments referenced herein, constitutes the solicitation; proposals are being requested. The solicitation number for this RFP is 47PF0019Q0129. The solicitation package is attached. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-35. This Solicitation is being set aside for small business. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement 339950, and size standard is 500 employees. If you are a dealer, you must provide product manufactured by a small business meeting this size standard. See attached RFP for the complete description of the items to be acquired.
