This is a Solicitation announcement for a multiple award regional Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) utilizing the Federal Supply Schedules (FSS) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) holders for the Special Item Number (SINs) 238160, Roofing Products and Services Solutions for all roofing materials and incidental installation services for leak response and roof replacements for all GSA owned buildings in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. The eBuy RFQ number is RFQ1662099. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this potential procurement is 238160 (Roofing Contractors) with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.0 million. In order to be considered for award, a vendor will be required to have certain Special Item Numbers (SINs) awarded on their Schedule MAS contract(s). For this requirement, each vendor will need to have, at a minimum, the following SINs by the closing date of this RFQ in order to be considered eligible for award: 238160 Roofing Products and Services Solutions and Order Level Material (OLM) (Ancillary Supplies and Services (ANCILLARY) and Ancillary Repair and Alterations (ANCRA) are acceptable but not required.
