The value of the contract action is below $250,000. In accordance with FAR 5.406 "Public disclosure of justification documents for certain contract actions. (a) Justifications and approvals for other than full and open competition must be posted in accordance with 6.305." This notification is posting the Sole Source J&A relating to the purchase order/contract number 47PE0724P0001. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quote to the contracting officer before the notice end date. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
