PROJECT DESCRIPTION This project is to design and perform the abatement of known select asbestos containing materials (ACM) and reconstruction and finish of historically significant columns to include the structural analysis of the existing steel columns and concrete deck at the Paul G. Rogers Courthouse. This project also requires the Design Build (DB) Contractor to perform a Pre-Alterations Assessment for Hazardous Materials prior to executing the work.
